Why Veriframe

Built for behavioral
health billing.

Not a generic billing vendor. A specialist team that knows where behavioral-health benefits hide.

What sets us apart

Specialists, not a switchboard.

Behavioral health is all we do

Carve-outs, session limits, re-authorizations. This is the work we specialize in.

Built to grow with your practice

Start with verification. Add claims and denial work as you scale.

Finance-grade operators, clinical focus

Signed BAA, secure handling, documented quality assurance.

Is this a fit?

We are not right for every practice.

We take on a limited number of practices and we do the work ourselves, which means there are practices we genuinely should not take on. It is cheaper for both of us to find that out here than three months in.

This is built for you if
The practices we do our best work with tend to look like this.
  • You run a group practice, roughly five to forty clinicians, and verification already eats somebody's whole morning.
  • You take commercial and managed-care plans where behavioral health is carved out to Optum, Carelon, Evernorth or Magellan, and the card rarely tells you who actually pays.
  • You use an EHR we can work inside, SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Valant, My Best Practice and similar, so the benefit note lands where your clinicians already look.
  • You would rather hand the work over than buy another tool your front desk has to learn and remember to run.
Look elsewhere if
These are real limits, not modesty.
  • You are a solo clinician or a cash-pay practice. Our rate is flat and priced for a practice; below about five insured clinicians it will not pay for itself.
  • Your verification already works. If someone owns it, denials are low, and nothing slips, we are not your bottleneck and we will tell you so on the call.
  • You want software with a login. There is no dashboard to buy here. Veriframe is a team doing the work, which is slower to scale and better at judgment.
  • You need us to talk to your patients. We never contact them. Anything that needs a conversation comes back to your front desk with the facts attached.

Verification is where we start, because it is where the money is won or lost. Plenty of practices want the work carried further downstream, into claims, denials and follow-up, and that is a conversation we are glad to have. Raise it on the call.

And if you are somewhere in between, say so. We have told practices they did not need us yet, and that is a better outcome for everyone than ninety days of paying for work that was not the bottleneck.

What it's worth

Run the math for your practice.

Roughly one in seven behavioral-health claims is denied, usually for the exact things verification catches first. Here's what catching them ahead of time is worth to your practice.

Adjust assumptions
Avg reimbursement / session$150
Claims protected from denial7%
Revenue protected each month
$8,400
across ~800 claims / month
Protected per year$100,800
Veriframe, per month~$3,250
That's about 2.6× what Veriframe costs, before counting the hours your team gets back.
Plans start around $3,250 per month for the practice, about $325 per clinician at ten. Full pricing →

Illustrative estimate for discussion, not a quote or guarantee. Behavioral-health denial rates commonly run 10–15%+; this tool defaults to a conservative share, and figures vary by payer mix, fee schedule, and denial history.
